On Saturday, 13 May 2023, our farm attended the event Day of the asparagus and asparagus dishes in Dolga vas. We attended the event with Štefan Sraka, a renowned chef from Prekmurje, who presented and prepared two special dishes for the visitors: homemade hand torn pasta with asparagus cream, Parmesan crisps and dehydrated red cabbage and white asparagus ice cream with buckwheat foam and candied asparagus top. Both dishes were accepted extremely well by the visitors. We managed to awaken the taste buds of the visitors with a special culinary offer. We received a warm welcome at the event, and we are looking forward to attending it next year.
